The free version of Dada Mail has links on most HTML screens and email messages it produces that point back to the support site. For example:

Frequently Asked Questions

I do not wish to pay via PayPal. Are there alternative ways to pay?

At the moment, we really really wish that PayPal was the best choice for such things and that we'd really really like you do use it. The fact is, PayPal works pretty well, for most things and we tolerate it.

At the moment, we'd like PayPal to be the only choice. If you do need to pay in a separate way, we will accept a check for certain institutions. Please email us about that.

How do I receive the Purchased Copy of Pro Dada?

A copy of Pro Dada will be emailed to either your PayPal address if you're using PayPal, or the email address you entered in the Shareit! order form if you are using Shareit! This delivery should be automatic if you are using PayPal, but may take a day or longer for Shareit! orders.

If you do not receive a copy of Pro Dada using PayPal within 24 hours, please contact us. Note that PayPal eChecks must clear before delivery is made.

Please make sure there isn't a limit on attachements on your email account that is less than 2 megs. A Pro Dada download is a little shy of 1 meg.

A new version of Pro Dada has been released, how do I receive this new copy of Pro Dada?

If you've made the order via PayPal, simply Log in and pick up the new version yourself

If you've made the order via ShareIt!, please contact us with a receipt of your prior order, we'll personally email you the freshest copy.

What are the System Requirements for Pro Dada?

The system requirements for Pro Dada are the same for Dada Mail. Please double check that you meet the requirements before purchasing Pro Dada. Test the free version out before a Pro Dada purchase.

I'd like to try out the program before I spend money on it. Is this possible?

Yes.

The regular, free version is identical in features and function, except where noted in the table above. Downloading it for trial use is a great idea.

There is also a demo available so you can see the administration side of the program. The dada root password is, demo. Email sending has been disabled.

I don't think I can install the program myself, will you install the program for me?

Yes.

We will perform a "Pro" install of a purchased copy of Pro Dada, for $50. Please fill out the form for an installation request and cite that you have already purchased Pro Dada.

Please email us - with a receipt/proof of your purchase and we'll be happy to help you get up and running with Dada Mail. We are very glad to help those who support us with a Pro Dada purchase. There is no support contract that comes with Pro Dada. If you have a non-pressing issue, do take advantage of the support boards/mailing lists.

If you have a large issue, we can be hired for professional consultation. Let us know beforehand that you purchased Pro Dada.

What is your refund policy?

We will gladly refund your money back if you do not receive the product. No refunds are given otherwise. If you have a question on anything about Dada Mail, please ask these questions before purchase, not after.
