Interview with Justin Simoni of the 'hip' Mojo Mail - Nov. 15, 2002

This article is of interest because it's published on an Oreilly and Associates website. Oreilly is a large publisher of technical books. It's also of interest because it states that Dada Mail (then Mojo Mail) was seen to Justin Simoni as an art project:

I see Mojo Mail itself as an art project, Post Modernism allows that, the kooky thing that it is. Perl of course, is the first Post Modern computer language. 'How much could a non-programmer learn about programming on their own? Could I release whatever I've made and would people use it?' It was sort of my own, inside joke, no one really got it but me; everyone just was happy using the program.

I hope to someday be interviewed by them again.

Dada Mail is Free Software and is released under the Gnu Public License.
Dada Mail is written in Perl because we love Perl.
